Aloha Mary

Kill or cure, some days only an Aloha Mary will do. With the little extra Aloha kick from Aloha hot sauce, ginger and chilli it’s just the right side of spicy.

Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 50ml Aloha 65
  • Tomato juice
  • ½ a lemon, juice only
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Aloha hot sauce
  • Pinch of celery salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Ice
  • Lemon and celery to garnish

Fill a Collins glass with ice. Add Aloha, lemon juice and a few dashes of Worcester sauce then top-up with tomato juice. Stir using the celery stick and season to taste with the celery salt, pepper and of course a dash or two of Aloha hot sauce.
